Chaka Sichangi
Director – Policy, Law, & ResearchChaka Sichangi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding postgraduate qualifications in law, financial law, and professional legal practice from leading universities in the United Kingdom.
His practice spans regulatory policy, policy research, litigation, as well as corporate, commercial, and media law.
Chaka previously served in a State House unit responsible for providing the Presidency with data-driven communications intelligence - an experience that directly informs FELT Africa’s capabilities in public sentiment intelligence and polling design.
As a practising Advocate, he brings rigorous legal compliance oversight to every client engagement, ensuring that all communications adhere to the law while safeguarding clients from the legal and reputational risks associated with missteps.
Diana Ngao
Managing DirectorDiana Ngao is an ACIM (UK) professional and Mandela Washington Fellow, with experience directing communications at the highest levels of Kenya's political landscape - including serving as Director of Communications for a frontrunner presidential running mate in the country's 2022 General Election.
She has also served as Director of the Governor's Press Service at the County Government of Mombasa, where she led executive communications, directed county-wide public awareness campaigns, and produced strategic media monitoring and sentiment analysis reports at the highest levels of county leadership.
Our MD brings both local and international experience in shaping institutional narratives for governments, NGOs, development organisations, private corporations, and senior executives across the continent.
Her expertise also spans crisis communications, reputation management, executive positioning, and strategic media placement - supporting organisations and principals operating under intense public scrutiny.
Dennis Onsarigo
ChairmanDennis Onsarigo is a senior strategic communications advisor and former journalist with over two decades of experience shaping public narratives at the highest levels of government, media, and political life. He has served as Director of Communications and Press Secretary for the frontrunner in Kenya's 2022 and 2027 general elections, Director of Communications, Chief of Staff and Strategic Communications Advisor for 3 county governments.
His two-decade career at Nation Media Group and Standard Media Group gave him an unmatched understanding of how newsrooms work, what editors want, and how to place stories where they will have the greatest impact - an advantage that directly informs FELT Africa's media relations and placement work.
Our Chairman is the senior strategic voice behind the firm's work in crisis communications, political strategy, government relations, and media training for governments, corporates, and international NGOs.
