Diana Ngao is an ACIM (UK) professional and Mandela Washington Fellow, with experience directing communications at the highest levels of Kenya's political landscape - including serving as Director of Communications for a frontrunner presidential running mate in the country's 2022 General Election.

She has also served as Director of the Governor's Press Service at the County Government of Mombasa, where she led executive communications, directed county-wide public awareness campaigns, and produced strategic media monitoring and sentiment analysis reports at the highest levels of county leadership.

Our MD brings both local and international experience in shaping institutional narratives for governments, NGOs, development organisations, private corporations, and senior executives across the continent.

Her expertise also spans crisis communications, reputation management, executive positioning, and strategic media placement - supporting organisations and principals operating under intense public scrutiny.
